Real Stone · Honest Pricing
Built by D&D Players.
For D&D Players.
EpicWinDND sells real gemstone polyhedral dice — actual quartz, lapis, bloodstone, jasper — hand-carved from mineral and priced fairly. Not resin imitations sold under gemstone names.
Hi, I'm Gideon Vance — Dungeon Master, gemstone dice collector, and the voice behind EpicWinDND.
I started this store because I got tired of buying "gemstone" dice online and receiving resin with mineral powder mixed in. The product page said amethyst, the package said amethyst, and the contents were resin shaped to look like amethyst. After it happened to me three times, I decided to source the actual stones myself and sell them at a fair price.
Every real-stone set in our store is the actual mineral. Amethyst is real Mohs 7 quartz with natural color zoning. Bloodstone is real chalcedony with iron oxide flecks. Lapis is real lazurite with pyrite inclusions. If we sell something else — resin, glass, K9 crystal, fiber-optic cat's eye — we label it as such on the product page. No marketing-name substitution.
I also write the dice guides blog, the Stone Dice Knowledge Hub, and personally read every customer email. This is not a stock-image team of artisans. It is one D&D player who decided to do this honestly.
Why EpicWinDND
Four Things We Do Differently
Real Stone, Verified
11 natural stone dice sets — all in our Gemstone Dice collection. Each is labeled with the mineral name, priced to reflect the material, and sold without the "genuine" caveats that other stores need to hide what they're actually selling.
Mid-Tier, Fair Pricing
$50 to $85 for real gemstone sets. Premium brands charge $85 to $200 for the exact same minerals. We don't run brand-equity overhead, so you don't pay for it.
Honest Trade-offs
Lapis dice are water-sensitive (Mohs 5–5.5). Chrysanthemum stone is display-tier (Mohs 3.5–4). We say so up front. You buy informed, not surprised.
One Person Replies
One D&D player reads every email. No outsourced support tickets, no auto-replies. Reply within 24 hours, usually faster.
Our Promise
If a die arrives chipped, cracked, or mis-described, reply within 30 days and we replace it free. Stone is brittle, shipping is not always kind, and we will not pretend otherwise. The fix is on us.
