RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email us at aradanaslionelloql744@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Our error (wrong item / defective product): We cover the return shipping cost
  • Change of mind / personal preference: Customer is responsible for return shipping

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds: processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us to check stock before initiating an exchange.
