Usually within 6-12 hours during weekdays. Always within 24 hours.

Can you hand-pick stones with specific colors for me?

For real-stone sets, individual color variation is part of the experience — we don't hand-pick across a set. If color matching matters intensely to you, the premium tier ($150+) at other brands offers that service.

Do you do bulk or party orders (multiple sets for a campaign)?

Yes. Email with your set count and material preferences, and I'll quote a custom price. Typical 4-5 set party packs save 10-15%.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, but international shipping for stone sets takes 4-10 weeks because of carving lead time and customs. If you need it for a specific event, email first so I can check timing.

My die arrived chipped. What now?

Email ming@epicwindnd.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery. Free replacement, no return shipping needed for the damaged piece.

Do you sell wholesale to game stores?

Not at this stage. The store is still small enough that I want to be sure every customer gets the right set. Email if your store is interested and we can talk about it down the road.

Will you recommend something even if I'm not going to buy?
